His lifelong involvement in sports such as football, golf, baseball, bodybuilding, and powerlifting has shaped a dynamic and versatile training approach.

    Anthony holds a college degree in nutrition and physical therapy, and he's certified in NASM, ISSA, TRX, Kettlebell, speed and agility training, and athletic conditioning.
